Findings are ranked, written up per model where more than one ran, and coalesced into a single document by a writer that is not part of any review scope. It has no lens and reviews nothing — it only assembles what the lanes produced. Keeping it outside the scopes is what stops the report from quietly becoming one more opinion about the code.
And the field report
Every run can also produce a field report: the measured facts of the run, plus a reflection the driving session fills in. It is the artifact that makes a failed run useful rather than merely disappointing.
