What this lens looks for
Check that a design's grounding is real. Every research_slug names a report that exists; the specialty's focus is derivable from that report's actual content (concrete rules, limits, findings) rather than citing it as decoration; user-doctrine reports are labeled as such and not treated as independently verified; specialties with no grounding say so plainly (no research_slug) instead of inventing one. Flag lenses built on abstractions ("ensure quality") where the report offers checkable specifics, and domains that were researched but ground nothing.
What its verifier checks
Every research_slug was resolved against the produced reports; every specialty's focus was compared to its report's content; ungrounded specialties are listed as such; each flag quotes the specialty and names the report gap.
