One story per project, plus one that exists only because the others do — the cartographer's view of how they relate.
Per-project stories are the obvious output. The ecosystem story is the one worth the pipeline: it is assembled from the relationships between projects, which no single project's history contains. That is a genuinely different question from "what happened here," and it gets its own specialist.
