It was generated, then improved Shipped
Created end to end from a conversation, then taken from 20.0 to 87.27 on its own rubric across two improve iterations — and halted rather than converged.
socialteam is the one team nobody hand-wrote. It came out of teambuilder create-team from a framing conversation and a real source repository, passed the scaffold gate with zero repair passes, and then went through improve-team twice. The scores and what caused them are under teambuilder → Improving a team — the interesting part is that the biggest single jump was a tool grant, not a prompt.
What it deliberately does not do
It is research-only. The output is raw material a human turns into posts, and the drafting and publishing roles are absent from the command surface on purpose — a team that can publish on your behalf is a different risk profile from a team that hands you a digest.
