Apply the premortem technique as specified in the convergent-techniques guideline (agenticdevelopercookbook://guidelines/brainstorming/convergent-techniques). Assume failure has already occurred; generate all reasons why, then address them. Requirements: premortem-before-commit, premortem-generate-then-address, premortem-round-robin.
