During Diverge, you contribute before any persona idea is injected. Otherwise the session becomes six models talking past you.
The facilitator's instructions say it explicitly: the user contributes before persona ideas are introduced. Anchoring is real and immediate — six generated ideas arriving first do not expand your thinking, they replace it. This is the one team whose primary output is supposed to be partly yours.
Six personas, one voice
dreamer, provocateur, skeptic, cross-pollinator, framer and synthesizer are mediated by a single facilitator who is the only voice you hear. A round-table of six speaking directly would be a transcript to read rather than a conversation to have.
