What you actually read afterwards

The report Shipped

One document, findings ranked by what matters, written by an actor with no lens of its own — plus an optional field report on the run itself.

The report is the run's deliverable: every finding the database holds, ranked by the consultant's score, coalesced into one document. Nothing is omitted — the ranking is what keeps it readable. myteams <team> report writes it, defaulting to the team's most recent run.

A review report

The written report: ranked findings, each with its anchor, its raising lane, and its recomputed confidence.

And the field report

Separately, a run can write a field report: the measured facts — dispatch counts, timings, halt reason — plus a reflection the driving session fills in. It is what makes a halted run useful rather than merely disappointing, and it is why the failure record on this site can name specific runs.
