One pillar per specialist, run concurrently

Review Shipped

Each selected specialist reviews in its own dispatch and is immediately checked by a verifier — the pillars run in parallel under a cap, never in a barrier.

This is the stage the rest of the pipeline exists to feed and to clean up after. Each specialist gets its own dispatch with one lens and the changeset; the moment it finishes, a verifier checks its output against that specialty's Verify criteria. Both actors are described in full under Who does the work.

One pillar

  1. WorkerOne specialist, one lens, one changeset, its own context.
  2. VerifierDid it cover the ground its specialty declared?
  3. Bounded re-reviewOn a fail: add-only, can find more, cannot retract.

Every selected specialist is one of these, and they run concurrently under a cap — the run is as slow as its slowest pillar, not as slow as their sum.

Effort is a dial on this stage

--effort high buys deeper dispatches here rather than more of them. The roster is decided upstream by scope and selection; effort decides how hard each convened lane looks.
